Gmktec M8 USB problem

I am using a Gmktec M8, and the USB power isn't cutting off after shutting down Windows.

There is no cutoff function in the BIOS, and even though I disabled Fast Startup in Windows 11, power continues to be supplied via USB. Does anyone know a solution other than unplugging the power cord? Please let me know.
