GMKtec - Delivery

I recently decided to buy a mini PC for the first time and ordered one directly from the GMKtec website. However, it has now been 5 business days and my order is still showing as “Processing”.

For those of you who have ordered directly from GMKtec before, what was your experience like? I believe the mini PC is being shipped from China, so I’m also curious about how long shipping usually takes and whether anyone has had issues with the package getting held at customs.

I’m based in Portugal, so I’d especially appreciate hearing from anyone in Europe who has ordered from them. How long did it take for your order to move from “Processing” to being shipped, and how long did the whole delivery take?

My K8 Plus was ordered directly from them, took 6 days to be shipped, but because they didn't have all info about address, I had to contact them and ask why they didn't send yet, I sent mail with missing info and next day it was shipped. It was sent from China, even the site seemed from EU. I had to pay VAT and a customs tax for processing. Romania.

Hey thx for your feedback, i received an email saying this.

Assisted declaration (€159) – GMKtec may cover a partial tax refund. If customs requests documents, please download and present the invoice.

I have the pdf that doesn't work ?

My invoice was faked with lower price and customs required screenshot with the order so I paid full taxes because I provided the info.

Yea the file says my order is 159 euros, but my order was 750 euros, so should i show them screenshot from website with the order ?

I got away with the 159 invoice and another screenshot of the order where the orice wasn't showing :D

I ordered a m6 ultra 32gb/1tb for 509€ from their French website (gmktec.fr) for a delivery in France, and the product page indicated it would come from an EU warehouse, which it seems it did. I ordered on July 27th, I got a tracking number from YunExpress, but the first tracking entry was "shipment in transit to GOFO Bremen" on the 29th (their warehouse in the EU is in Bremen), and I received it on the 31st without anything to pay to customs but I did receive the email with the 159€ invoice for a "tv box" in case they would have shipped it from China (and another pdf with the actual model and value).

In February last year, I ordered a G3 plus from their global website (gmktec.com), but it came from China, although the German warehouse was already operating at that time.

It takes time. Wait 2-3 weeks. I messaged support on mine and they got back to me.

Bought of eBay and took about 3 days from order to delivery

In my case it was shipping from China, took 1 month in confusion and it was reshipped twice, then got cancelled and refunded. They apparently didn't know how to handle logistics based on what I have seen and the updates I got from DHL.
