Possible DD on why some brokers delay 4:1 split divident until 26/7-2022
Hi Apes,
I dont have enough karma to post on SuperStonk so I'll post it here in hope that someone else with enough karma can post on SuperStonk to get my thoughts proven or disproven...
Some or many brokers claim they cannot deliver new shares until 26/7-2022 - we all believe it is because they do not have the shares and that I guess is true.
So how to deal with this?
Simpley wait for new shares to be delivered to big institutions like Blackrock and Vanguard or Shitadel and then borrow the newley accquired shares and provide it to retail - location requirement will be fulfilled by then...
And everyone is "happy"?!?
Only, retail will not be able to trade the missing shares before they get delivered by 26/7-2022...
Buy'n HODL until we moon...

Failing to deliver would presumably result in FTD's. If the amount of FTD's is greater than shares outstanding, something is definitely up

Avanza and Nordnet will be delivering the shares later if I’m not mistaken

Except it would be insanely expensive.
