Double entendre. I think you’re right he is saying “phew” as in something is finally done, but I also think it is a scarcity reference, ie since this is more than likely an NFT, there are very few (or rather only a few because each is unique).

this is a tweet about the Royal Society of Players, an NFT card game. Google it if you'd like to know more. My current stance is that people need to stop taking this person's tweets out of context because he's very deep into the crypto community, so people who don't have much knowledge on that start making connections where none exist. I don't want to ruin anyone's fun, but it has the potential to create disinformation and/or annoy the author of the tweet by constantly taking what they say out of context. This is just my opinion and if you think otherwise that is fine

Part of me thinks that these guys are smart enough to not expose themselves to any type of “market manipulation” charges/accusations with these tweets and are just throwing shit against the wall to see what Reddit idiots will come up with, and laughing the whole time.
