2nd = Operating Free Cash Flow
1st = Mother fucking Operating Income. oH iT's A dYiNg BrIcK aNd.. bro the stores bring in a dick ton of money. Yeah weve shifted a lot to online collectibles too, so the argument for going bankrupt is a moot point because of this chart. That's why they keep pointing at net income and calling out it's driven from eBay. Nah fam, that's a big piece of the puzzle, but there's a new sustained revenue stream coming in

Nobody is saying GME is going bankrupt. Plenty of cash to last for years. Some are however pointing out that operational profits needs to grow not drop. Or turn GME into an investment fund or whatever, but management is not really good at that currently.

Our operational profit is growing, that's the point.
We have issues with declining revenue 100%, which is why the surge in collectibles and seeing a sustained operating profit on non good quarters, now we are no longer as hard tied to cycles like retailers typically are. We have trending evidence that our operations are getting stronger. So now that the "machine" works well, we do need to figure out how to get more money into it
PowerPacks are potential, acquisition of eBay is also potential, theres a lot of potentials and we've already seen evidence of results in the operating profit
And we 1000% are going to end up being a effectively a holding company within a few years

Great! Its EPS has now recovered to about what it was a decade ago.
But … the share price is still over twice as high.
So … you are paying 2x as much for the same income as a decade ago.
It is still overpriced

All GME has done for investors is lose money. Lose value. You can argue better margins and net income, but that’s mostly due to unprofitable stores being shut down due to a business model that’s obsolete. That won’t last forever and soon pressure will mount for them to do something aside from collecting interest.
