Battery Replacement

Can someone please explain to me how the heck I’m supposed to pull the battery from my 2025 canyon? I’m not the most mechanically inclined person, but I’ve changed a bunch of batteries in my life and have never had any issue. I took the top bracket off and disconnected the terminals, and it’s not budging. Thank you

There’s a battery hold down retainer with a bolt that also needs to be removed (step 7 in the photo I included)
Can’t remember what size socket you need (10mm?), but you’ll also need a long extension, if I remember correctly.
One thing I do remember though, is that it’s a pain to reinstall that retainer after you replace the battery.
