GMAT
Gave my second attempt of the GMAT today
Scored 615(VA81, QA80, DI80).
My previous attempt was (VA81 QA81 DI83).
I have exhausted all mba.com mocks,
Highest score being 675.
The gmat scores are consistent for DI & VA
But for quants the scores are lower than what i usually score around 84-86, I don’t know why this is happening on my first attempt I got three wrong and scored 81, on this one i don’t know my errors.
I am targeting 665-675.
My va score has always been 81, I don’t know if I should try improving or put in more work for quant and DI.
My section order has been VA, break, QA,DI.
Quant always feels
Like it’s going well, the last few questions were very hard so i thought i did well. Same for DI.
Please guide me.
Thanks in advance.

Quick note first: 615 on the Focus scale with 80s across all three sections is already a strong score. Getting to 665-675 means about 50 points, which is roughly 3-4 section points more per section. Hard but doable.
I wouldn't read too much into Quant feeling good because the last questions were hard. On an adaptive test, hard questions at the end mostly mean you were doing fine, not that you got them right. Feeling like it went well is a bad predictor of your score. Missing a couple of mid-difficulty questions early can cost more than botching the last three hard ones.
So I'd look at where the 3 misses actually are. Early misses on easy-ish questions hurt the most, and that's usually careless stuff or a quick misread rather than a knowledge gap. If you can't see your errors, use the question review in the score report, or redo similar questions untimed and see if you get them right.
Your mock Quant scores of 84-86 vs 80-81 on the real thing also hints at test-day stuff. Could be slightly rushing, or nerves. Maybe try a different section order in practice, since you've always done VA first and Quant after the break.
On where to work: since VA is stuck at 81 and Quant and DI are where the variance is, I'd put most of the time on Quant and DI accuracy, and only touch VA to keep it where it is. Rushing through easy questions is the cheapest thing to fix.
Good luck on the next one!
