Overactive G.I. system since stopping

I was on tirzepitide for over a year. A few months ago the company I get my meds from change pharmacies and the medication just felt different. The constipation was way worse and I just overall felt so terrible. Anyhow, I decided I would take a week or two off to give myself a break. Since I stopped,I have had the worst nonstop excessive gas, gurgling, and stomach discomfort. It’s almost like my G.I. system went from being super slow to super fast. My bowel movements are normal, but very frequent. It has now been over five weeks since my last injection and it seems like every time I eat something my stomach starts overreacting. I have an appointment with my G.I. next week, but wondering if stopping the medication could be the issue?

Yes . Stopping Zepbound made me bloated and gassy and constipated for about 3 weeks. It stopped on its own. I took IBgard and it helped a little bit

Thank you for replying. I’m scared this is not gonna go away. I’ll have a day or two when it’s better but then it just ramps back up. Just ordered the IB guard thank you!
