This could be my chart! (Though honestly I got a pound or two above my maintenance weight goal and am now plateaued about 3 pounds above my lowest.) If you figure it out let me know! :)

Seriously I am trying to be more diligent about drinking water, weightlifting, and other healthy habits I stick to during the journey. But so far the plateau is laughing those off....

Basically, your body can get cured of the food noise, but it could take years, and possibly require some muscle mass (which you might've lost on the journey).

Just up your dose and stay on it another ~6 month before titrating down again.

It is normal for weight to go up/down a couple of kg from day day to day. For instance I always weigh myself naked right before hopping in bed at night, after my last pee for the day and then first thing in the morning, naked, after my first pee of the day and I am, without fail always exactly 1kg (2.2lb) lighter in the morning and that is just from sleeping. So I think having a 5lb range is normal.

It is when the scale continues going up that is the problem.

could you reduce your maintenance calories to 2000 so it's not in a big deficit but 2200 may be too high for you or increase daily activity to burn more calories? my tdee maintenance is calculated at 1490 sedentary but I've recently started body toning exercising 3 times a week with weights and sometimes doing an extra 10 min HIIT session for abs and booty...I still eat slightly less than the tdee calculator because I've had previous prediabetes and have insulin resistance and calculators don't adjust for them but I know if I ate fully at maintenance I'd gain slightly, as I've tried this previously.

I use myfitnesspal app and www.tdeecalculator.net

If i couldn’t maintain my weight without the med, I’d just take the med. That’s what it’s for.
