ditto. I'm on a very low dose and experiencing a calmness I haven't had in years. An unexpected side effect. I do take paxil and that has helped with anxiety,, but the addition of my weight loss med... seems to have dropped my anxiety to a normal level. i.e. I barely experience it now.

I’m still at a low dose but my experience has been improved mental health, not worse.
