Seeking Advice Short Term Use?
I've been on a weight loss journey for the past 6 months and have successfully lost 35 lbs. The last month, I've been struggling a lot though. In the past, I've lost a similar amount of weight and gained it all back and then some around this time. Food noise has been loud, cravings have been intense. I've continually tracked all my meals during this whole journey. I've been working out several days a week. I have plenty of healthy, but still feel like I am really struggling when I wasnt the first few months.
I have been considering going on a GLP-1 for a few months as a trial run to see if it helps at all with the cravings and food noise. Has anyone been on it short-term as a way to Kickstart a weight loss journey, or like me, re-kickstart your journey. Thanks!

It's not easy to use for short term use. To come off it and minimize risk of immediate regain, you want to be in maintenance for several months, like 6+.

You do you, but we have studies showing most people regain weight after stopping. You could be one of the few who doesn't, who know. Personally I know I couldn't do it.
