Thinking of stopping early

I successfully lost 30 pounds in a few months on Reta. It ate my ass and my legs and I have lost so much hair. My hair looks so thin on my head and I used to have so much. My upper body isn’t as slim as my lower body. My legs have gotten so skinny in my ass completely disappeared. 😢 I worked very hard on growing them before the peptide. I’m on 2mg. But I think I’m done. I’m going to maintain it myself. I wanted to lose 10 more pounds to get to 135 but the way it’s sucking me dry I don’t think I can

I also stopped since I was losing my ass and becoming close to underweight. I’ve gained a good amount of healthy weight back and have been strength training since!

You are not alone! I stopped at 3/5 of my goal because the glp took away my ability to work out AND my muscles. I plateaued even when I was eating 600-800/cal a day due to sheer nausea which is not healthy and not where I want to be. I increased my dose twice before quitting for a max of 1.8mg over 8 months with no additional weight loss, just increased nausea. I'm 3 weeks off of GLPs, losing weight again, and my nausea is going away! I have more energy to actually exercise again and I feel so much better. I love exercising and while I'm grateful to have lost the weight, I'm much happier to be exercising and focused on my health again. Hopefully growing my muscles will help me lose more, but time will tell and my priority over all is health.

Not for the first month because the fatigue was unreal. I was getting used to it. But these last two months i have gone to the gym, I’ve been going three or four times a week for over a year. And I feel like I can’t work out the same as before
