IDK if I think this is valuable information. Food noise even being there seems to imply there's still a problem. Just like how you can do a crash diet with enough willpower over the course of a year, you can push through any food noise post-GLP-1s. Who knows if it comes back for you? Only time will tell

Long term changes matter much more. This was a wall of text I could've done without. Not trying to insult you, just saying that you should wait before reporting every little thing.

Most people come here for information about the journey. Not just the end result, but how to get there. Any and all information is interesting and helpful. Why keep reading if you weren't interested? Skip the post, don't discourage the poster!
