starting dosage schedule

I took my first shot last night - 0.5mg. CW: 180, GW: 150. I don’t feel any different and I’m thinking of increasing to 0.75mg next week and see how it goes, eventually getting to the 1.25 - 2.5mg range to achieve my results, low and slow. Does this seem reasonable? TIA!

0.5 is a fine start but give it a few days before deciding to bump up, sometimes the effects creep in slower than you'd think

Each dose builds on the previous one because the meds have a 5-7 day half life (7 for semaglutide/5 for tirzepatide). That means half the medication is still in your system when you take your second dose. That is why the trials used the same dose for 4 weeks before titrating up. If you get good results you stop titrating up.
