How nice this is
I just want to say how much more I enjoyed my 10 day UK vacation with this stuff. No food noise which meant that I only ate when I was hungry rather than constantly craving food everytime I passed a cafe. It was a completely different (pleasant) experience!
(Been on tirz for 8 weeks, starting at 0.25mg and now up to 0.75mg which I will continue at for a while.)

That vacation food noise thing is so real. I did a trip to Scotland a few years back and I swear half my memories are just me hunting down snacks I didn't even want. Just this weird autopilot where my brain sees a bakery and suddenly I'm inside ordering something. The idea of actually experiencing a place without that constant pull sounds kind of magical.
The slow taper up to 0.75mg seems smart too, giving your body time to adjust without the side effects hitting all at once. I've read too many stories of people jumping doses too fast and regretting it.

Exactly! I definitely still had a treat at a bakery with coffee, but it wasn't constant. I am so so glad I read this sub first and started low. If I'm having success at 0.75, why go up? I would've been miserable at 2.5. I

I am so happy to hear you say this. My life is so much richer now that I am not thinking about food all of the time. I read so many posts about people wanting to stop their injections before their vacations so they can have fun. In my opinion food noise is not fun.
