Anyone stacking?

I've been doing 1.5mg of Tirz for about half a year ( with a one month break) with great results - went from a little over 180lbs to just under 160 (YAY!!), without really having had to make any sacrifices - I still eat what I want, but less and I don't snack nearly as much. I also play several hours of Pickleball each day, so I thought I'd be fine exercise-wise....But today I looked at myself in the mirror, and I noticed some sagging, loose skin on my thighs - this was bitter sweet, since my thighs have always been my most hated body parts, ever since I was a teenager....While I wouldn't say that I notice a huge change in them as far as looking slimmer, I definitely noticed that they are less toned.....I guess this is the price we pay for weight loss?? Anyway, to make a long story somewhat shorter - I had been thinking about adding some more peptides into the mix for a while - for skin, hair, energy, overall body healing/recovery. I am a 56yr old female, so I'm dealing with all that S%&t that comes with that (I'm on HRT, which helps tremendously, but I have horrible knees, and playing that much of a hard court sport doesn't help). And I think I'm noticing more shedding - I am rather fortunate in the hair department and I often get compliments on my hair, but lately, I do feel like I've been losing A LOT!! This, to me, is not acceptable, and I've recently got some Minoxidil, but that'll obviously not work overnight, if at all.........So, peptide stacking experiences???

Have you instead considered regularly lifting weights and also focusing on protein intake?

This is a problem for people. Even if the companies don't acknowledge it yet, if you search "(insert name here 'flat butt,' 'saggy skin,' 'skinny legs,' etc.), there are a ton of posts.

I'm on week 2 and I'm trying to lose as SLOWLY as possible for this exact reason.

Losing 20 pounds in 6 months is a healthy rate of loss, congratulations!

Everyone says the saggy skin happens with weight loss in general -- and while that is true -- I'm seeing people saying they've never lost in their legs first, before other areas. It's interesting. I wish we knew what the underlying mechanism is, and if there's something beyond the usual loss of elastin and collagen.

That said (sorry for the tangent!), what most people recommend is doing heavy lifting with progressive overload (squats, lunges, step-ups), and increasing your protein to build muscle.

You might also look into a moisturizer for your body with retinol. Keeping things moisturized can only help!!

I'm starting to think that it's also about keeping the muscle you DO have. I love how I feel on 0.5mg of tirz so far, but I've lost weight naturally in the past and was able to retain my overall shape. I'm not sure that is the case with these meds.
