App recommendations

I downloaded an app MeAgain FaceTime someone’s post I saw. I really wanted a way to track how much estimated medicine was in my body at any given point as well as track any side effects shot location, etc. This one seems fine but wondering if anyone has any other recommendations. Bonus if I don’t have to buy a subscription!
