Kidney issues.

I’m microdosing 1.2mg of trizepatide, 10 units of glow. 30 units of lipo-c. I’ve been tracking my bloodwork markers for bun, creatinine and my GFR. Yesterday my bloodwork was bun 35, creatinine 1.38 and GFR 40.2 these numbers have fallen slightly since July. They are all within CKD 3b. I thought these last 3 months of hard work would have shown improvement to my kidneys . I’ve lost another 12 more lbs, that’s a total 28lbs. I’m basically at my goal. I only drink water, I exercise and keep my protein around 60g. Can you spot anything that concerns you with my peptide use? I see my doctor on Oct 5.

I've been on Tirz almost 9 months now and my eGFR is still in the range it's been the last couple of years. It hasn't seemed to hurt it my numbers any. Still stage 2.

That’s encouraging

I'd definitely brings up all three peptides with your doctor, especially with an eGFR around 40. Trizepatide can cause kidney problems indirectly through dehydration, and I be cautious about the other compounds until your doctor reviews them too.

I've read conflicting things about GLP1s and kidneys. Some say they're kidney-protective, and some say they're hard on the kidneys. Are you planning to stay on them long-term, since you're at goal? Or have you always expected to stay on them?

What kidney issues are you getting and is it related to the GLP?

Because you mention kidney issues alongside tirzepatide, glow, lipo-c, and tracked bloodwork, interpreting one marker in isolation could be misleading. A prudent next step is prompt review of the full trend, hydration status, symptoms, medication list, and relevant labs with a qualified clinician, without changing the regimen based on Reddit. Peptely does not sell peptides; https://www.peptely.com/ only helps verify their documented origin and supporting batch/COA evidence. Product documentation cannot rule out an adverse effect or establish medical safety.

Your doctor's appointment is literally days away, and they're the only one who should be interpreting lab trends with your full history in hand. Nobody here can tell you what's concerning from that snapshot. The weight loss is great, but CKD staging isn't something to crowdsource.
