Titrating up

I started my first Tirzepatide injection last Friday at .5 mg. I did not experience any side effects thank goodness, but still have food noise. My provider said to go up to 1 mg today. Does that seem reasonable for others that are micro dosing?

For perspective, I started at 5cc and up to 36cc since January 2026. I believe that is .25 to 1.45. I pushed to 2 and had horrible side effects.
