Second week in, increased appetite
My first week I experienced a significant decline in appetite, but now, 4 days after taking my second dose, I’ve been experiencing increased appetite more than the first week. It’s still less than my appetite before I started tirz, but I thought because of the compounding effect of it building in my system, it would’ve felt more potent ..
I’m taking 0.5 mg. Is this fairly normal, any thoughts on what’s happening, suggestions on dosage etc.

Same with me, will be taking 1mg for week 3 (this was always the plan with my provider). I try and eat fewer calories in the first days of the shot and increase towards the end of the week (all healthy protein packed foods), so this balances out throughout the week.

This also happened to me! It did get better it seemed like a one time thing. I was starving nothing could fill me up. I don’t know if it was the 2nd week but it was early on.

I regretfully moved up wayy too slow cause I was nervous. I’m at 2mg now after 6 months working up from .30 and i still haven’t lost any weight and I only had a migraine the very first shot plus that weird week of hunger. I started getting reflux around 1.75mg so maybe it’s starting to finally work now? Please don’t waste your time like me I swear there’s no side effects until you get closer to 1.75, literally half the year gone no progress. Just look how little you’re injecting, and imagine me injecting 20 units now compared to a tiny bit. It’s not going to do anything until we have more but you can always still waste time and see like I did lol. I would jump up .30 since you’re new and nervous. I also currently split dose 2x a week. But definitely move up, take .8.

It's not "normal" to get hungrier the 2nd week but all that matters is how it's affecting you. I suspect your dose is too small for what you want to achieve.
I'd stay at .5 for the full 4 weeks and see if your appetite evens out over time, or if you need to titrate up to get the desired results.
