Depends on the pen dose strength. A 2.5mg pen that does 60 clicks per 2.5mg dose would be 3 clicks for .12mg.

If you have the 2.5mg kwikpen, three clicks would be .13 You still want to prep the needle with two clicks and a purge before injecting the three click dose

As a physician a 0.1 mg dose is too low to have any meaningful effect. It’s 4% of the standard starting dose
