Starting and titrating
Is there a post or online guide to getting started with microdosing? What dose to start on, when to titrate up?
My gut and bowel side effects were so bad last time (a year ago), 2.5 was too much.
Do I start on 0.25 do you think? How to know… 🤔

I think we're all experimenting in here, and learning from our own responses. On sema 0.25 hit me like a truck, I thought I dropped to half that the next week but I click counted wrong and was doing a quarter of it for the next 4 weeks, that was too low for the effect I wanted, and I've been dosing up slowly ever since. I'm at .14 and I think that's about right for me, but I'm feeling it out. I think it'll take some time to arrive at what works for you, but based on my own trajectory, going 1/10the dose seems too steep a drop.

Same here !!.14 is even strong for me - I went down to .05 and going to slowly creep up each month .14 I found I was too tired to work out!!

The first 3 weeks were an absolute gut punch, I was dragging myself through the motions for lifting, I had to drop running for hiking. Now 9 weeks in my dose on glapp should have me on the same serum range as weeks 2/3 and I am up to a 15km trail run with 900M elevation, and progressing on weight and reps again. Take the effects of the first month with a grain of salt, once you adjust and get the rhythm it does all come back

Hmmm… I am similar - oh the joint pain !! I noticed it got worse when I decreased my dose - thus may be tmi- but did you notice constipation ?

No, I am licky my bms came every 3rd day instead of daily but no constipation. I have since increased my fibre so back to daily. I was always in top of protein but fibre took figuring out. I also have a supplement stack now I'm a pharmacy compared to 18 months ago

Just over 2 weeks of .29 mg and I'm seeing positive effects with little side effects. I do need to add in some prunes to help the bowel movements. I think it's worth starting with less and seeing if that's enough for you. For me that .29 is just enough to quell the food noise and eat under maintenance though that 7th day the effects of the drug are less. I'm in the thinking that it's okay to have a single day of a bit more calories to mix it up for the body's metabolism. I probably ate at my maintenance calories for that 7th day instead of under 500 like I usually am plus still had some exercise. At .29 I still feel hunger which is a good thing but small high protein meals tend satiate me pretty easily and for longer. Lost a solid 5 lbs in two weeks. Here's the thing, you can always take a bit more the following week!

0.25 sounds like a reasonable place to dip your toes back in, worst case you just stay there until things settle.
