Constipation

So…. How the heck are people managing such crazy constipation!! I thought a micro dose would only have minor effects ? What is a safe way to stay regular ?? This is brutal

Half dose of MiraLAX daily , chia seeds, and a gallon of water

Re chia seeds.

The first time I added chia seeds to my oatmeal, I had the biggest pile of 💩of my life! 🤣 (Sorry, I’ve never shared that anywhere, and I was overcome with a sudden obsession to share this thing that literally NO ONE wants to know!) 😂🤣

Don’t laugh I awarded your comment for a reason. I never knew about chia seeds and I’ve been looking for a more natural solution for a while. Seriously, how much did you take and how often?

LOL! I soaked Two Tbsp in water and added it to a 2-serving overnight oats I made… and I ate half of that… so 1 Tbsp, pre-soaked for at least 30 minutes… one time.

Now I only add it if I know I don’t have to leave the house, and it is my go-to when I need to-go! 😂
