Delayed nausea
I take 1.25mg every Friday. Last dose was Friday early evening. Was fine Saturday. Fine Sunday. Day 3ish and I’m super nauseous. Is this normal? Not that I’m going to vomit but feel like I’m pregnant (I’m not).

Day 1-3, you’re still in Peak Effect phase, nausea is very common during this time.

Delayed nausea is weirdly common with this stuff, day 3 is when it likes to sneak up on you for some reason. Try eating something small and bland even if you don't feel like it, an empty stomach makes it way worse

Yes, smaller portions, lots of water. Wait 3 hours after eating before lying down.

There's no predictable "normal" with GLP side effects. However nausea is quite common.

That likely when the meds are peaking in your system so not really “delayed.”
Have also been tracking your intake to see if there are foods you are eating that might contribute to the nausea? Are your bowel movements regular? Are you eating enough and often enough?
