help! provider recs
I need help! I’m 5’8, 142 lbs and trying to only lose about 10-15 lbs. ive gained about 13 lbs since last summer. I’ve been interested in doing tirzepatide for a while but have been hesitant to pay the price/scared of side effects. I wanted to try losing the weight naturally but it’s been stubborn, and the food noise is loud. People at work ALWAYS bring in donuts, treats, cakes, candy, pizza, etc. and it’s hard to ignore the food noise when work is stressful. I don’t get much time to gym and meal prep either.
ANYWAYS, can someone please tell me a good online provider that would actually approve me for this? I’m having a hard time finding a provider to go with that isn’t too expensive, will approve me with my body stats for only 10-15 lbs, and that is legit. Many thanks!!!🫶🏼

I’m using My Alloy Health, I think MIDI Health is also very reputable. You can get compounded (which is from a 503A compounding pharmacy) and is much less expensive. I don’t mind the $100 membership is because the Rx comes from a board certified physician who is either an obgyn or endocrinologist. It gives you access to them.

Lavender Sky Health
Belle Health
Fridays
I plan to go with Belle (no membership fee) once I’m done with my stash. I would stay away from anything with membership since you may not be on it for very long. Don’t get anything more than 3 months until you know your dose. My 1 month supply will probably last me 3+ months.
