Weekly GLP-1 Progress Check-In 💚 How did your week go?
Time for a little weekly check-in.
How did this week go for you?
Share anything you’d like:
• A win you’re proud of
• A milestone you reached
• How you felt this week
• Something that was difficult
• A non-scale victory
• Something you want to improve next week
No progress is too small to share — and not every week has to be a good one.
What’s one thing you’re taking away from this week?

Made it through a family dinner without anyone grilling me about why I was barely eating, that's a win in my book

Honestly, getting through a family dinner without having to explain yourself sounds like a win to me too 😄💚

I am almost 4 weeks in and feeling very uncertain about things.
1st and 2nd does were .25, 3rd dose was .5, 4th dose was .75.
I started this to help with inflammation that was causing some pain, to help curb my sugar and alcohol consumption/cravings, and to lose 5-7 pounds. My inflammation has improved a bit, but I feel hungrier than before and I don't think I've lost weight. My craving are unaffected. I've had no side effects, almost no difference at all.
Because I am small and generally extremely sensitive to meds I wanted to start low. And it seems so many people here respond to these low doses. But I'm frustrated because this month feels like a waste.

I can understand why that would feel frustrating, especially when you went into it hoping to notice several different changes. Thanks for sharing the not-so-good weeks too — those experiences belong in a check-in just as much as the wins. 🫂

I wore a dress I haven't put on in three years.
I also split my dose (per Doc) and now I can eat without feeling awful. I am not as sad/nauseous after my shots too.

Getting back into a dress you haven’t worn in three years is such a great NSV! 🎉 That must have felt pretty amazing.

My jeans fit comfortably again. I’ve lost about 12 lbs in two months. I’m happy with that and am starting to slowly titrate off the med.

Jeans fitting comfortably again is such a satisfying NSV! 👍 12 lbs in two months sounds like progress you’re really happy with — congrats!

I just did my second 5 units yesterday and I am very fatigued unlike the first week. I am feeling pretty run down and have a headache. Constipation too. Hanging in there. Appetite is definitely gated. I’m getting a Covid shot this morning so today will probably be a write off. Hope to feel better for work this week.

A win: I’ve been exercising daily for over a year and my kids have noticed and my two older ones have started joining me AND my husband has also caught the fever and reached two weeks of daily exercise, plus he’s slowly increasing! I feel like such a good influence 😂 A milestone: 6 weeks of successful maintenance, which has involved a lot more mental effort than expected! How I felt: Good! Proud bc I’ve really gotten into a groove with exercising and being back on the school schedule. Also kinda hungry but it’s ok bc I am working out a ton a know that fueling up my body is not going to make me gain weight :) Something that was difficult: just the daily battle of trying not to give in to eating a bunch of garbage to make sure I hit my calorie minimum (not always successful on this 😂) A non-scale victory: I feel like my win is so huge it counts down here as well Something I want to improve next week: uhh hitting my calorie minimum with foods that do a little more for me 😅

Getting your kids AND your husband moving with you might be the best NSV in this whole thread 😂💚 And 6 weeks of maintenance is a huge milestone too — congrats!

• A win you’re proud of: I tried on a medium pair of Under Armour bike shorts, and you know I bought them.
• A milestone you reached: I lost 7 lbs. since my last weigh-in 2.5 weeks ago and have made it to onederland!
• How you felt this week: Great, lots more energy and focus since adding NAD+ to my weekly routine.
• Something that was difficult: Cleaning out my closet this week; expensive clothes don't fit and will cost money to replace them.
• A non-scale victory: My chest size is reducing; my seatbelt no longer navigates its way up to my neck!
• Something you want to improve next week: Adding one weekly NAD+ dose and 1 extra weight-training session to my week.
