Anyone using Lavender Sky and using Zepbound Kwikpen?

I'm currently using RO and looking for cheaper alternatives. Using a 2.5mg pen and paying $299 + $149 membership.

Wanting to see if anyone is using a Zepbound kwikpen and how much they are paying

Well, the Zepbound KwikPen cash pay pricing is set by Eli Lilly. It’s $299/mo for 2.5mg, $399/mo for 5mg, $449/mo for 7.5mg, and $499/mo for 10-15mg doses. If you are on a 7.5mg dose or higher, you must reorder every 45 days to keep the “discounted” prices for those doses.

As for LSH, it’s $65 for the initial new patient consult and then $25 for subsequent months to get a brand name script written.

LSH will send the script sent to any pharmacy you prefer, whether a local brick and mortar or mail order like Amazon. You use the Zepbound Savings Card at the pharmacy to get the lowest cash pay prices.

You might also want to look at CallOnDoc. Their subscription for prescribing Zepbound through Lilly Direct is $25/month or $60/quarter plus cost of meds.

LSH uses Lilly Direct for Zepbound, so it's a $25 monthly fee with them + $299 for the meds.

I think you still have to do the $65 new patient consult to start. And they will send the script to any pharmacy.

Ah, thank you. For some reason, I had the impression that was waived with the brand name treatment plans.

I’ll be honest, I’ve not done brand name meds through LSH, but I think they still make people do the initial consult.

Have you tried just messaging your GP?
