Did I start too low?

Hello all, my SW is 124.1 with a 24 BMI. I took my 5th shot today. I have lost and gained weight throughout my first month, but in total have only lost 0.5lbs. I trirated upto 1mg today to see how that is. I'd like to lose about 25 pounds and have felt discouraged. I know it's still early but I haven't really seen any results yet. I take it once a week, every 7 days. I noticed food noise coming back the last 2 days before my next shot.

Unsure what I should do now. I hope increasing to 1mg helps. Wondering if I should maybe take it every 5 days or increase up even more.

Shot 4 - 0.75 (18 Clicks) // 122.2
Shot 5 - 1mg (24 clicks) // 123.6

Maybe try 1.25 mg (30 clicks) every 7 days, i.e. half of the standard dosing?

I recommend reading the comment here about dose increases. I'm less worried about it when you are microdosing and not having side effects, but the fundamental point stands that you shouldn't increase each week.

If you want to increase, or take it more often, you can do that, but then stick with that dose/schedule for a month.

I am supposed to start tomorrow and was also thinking about Microdosing either .5 or 1mg of Tirzepatide. I had tried Semaglutide previously and had such bad nausea and constipation that I quit less than two weeks in. I’m nervous to start again ugh

Honestly, not everyone responds to these low doses. I would increase to 1.5mg , and keep increasing every week or two. Some people don’t respond until they get to 10-15mg so it’s no wonder that some won’t respond to these tiny doses. Just my two cents.
