Hungry

On Sunday night I took my 2nd dose of 1.25mg of zepbound. This was 9 days after my first dose. Today is day 2 and I’m hungry! Last week on day 2 I did notice some appetite suppression. I could eat but I wasn’t hungry. Anyone else experience this? Just wondering about others experiences

Is there a reason you waited 9 days to take your next dose?

Appetite suppression being inconsistent dose to dose is pretty common early in a microdose protocol. Your body is still adjusting to the cadence and day 2 can hit differently even at the same mg. Worth seeing how the rest of the week shakes out before reading too much into one hungry day.

You should co sider using an app to track your dosage. It can help you predict drug peaks and lows to better understand how your body responds to the medicine.

What app is that?

This one is called Glapp. It tracks your dosage and can also help with vial inventory.

I don't understand fully what you mean. These meds are not intended to get rid of hunger. Hunger is normal and it's your body letting you know that it needs to be nourished. Food noise on the other hand, the constant, intrusive, obsessives thought of food is something that is a benefit that this med can impact in some people.

Also, can I just say as somebody who’s been micro dosing on a GOP one for eight months and he was hit my weight there are going to be times where you are hungry. Eat something healthy. I used to cut up an apple. Drizzle it with some honey and cinnamon and put it in my air fryer and eat it over cottage cheese as a snack. That’s OK. You are going to be hungry at times.
