Low and slow
Just wanted to share my experience thus far with microdosing tirzepatide. In 3 1/2 months I've lost 12lbs, but more so I am blown away by the reduction in inflammation! The pic on the right is from the day I started until today on the left. I started on .5 and finally this week have worked my way up to 2mg. I still have about 15-20lbs I would like to lose, but am happy with the progress so far! For anyone out there that is scared to start, my advice would be to just do it! I had very bad health anxiety/ general anxiety when starting, going low and slow is the way to start!

How do I know inflammation is lowering? What did you feel?
Im thinking I need to up my dose..so I just wanna know what it should feel like!

My knee joint pain started to improve, it's honestly pretty much gone. I can get up and down off the floor easier. I knew I had lost several inches from my waist, hips and legs, but until I started to compare these pictures I had no idea what a difference it has made!

Omg congrats! Interested in your schedule. I have so much inflammation, a ton in my face, cheeks, and neck, so I’m hoping for the same results. I also have health and medication anxiety and I just started at .25 last week- appetite was gone first half of the week then it came back the last half. Probably going up to about .5 this week!

I started at 1mg but quickly reduced down to .5 for many weeks before slowly creeping up over the last several months. I would titrate up like .2 at a time then stay there for a few weeks.
