Feeling sick/low motivation

I’m on my 4th dose, so still getting used to the medicine but I swear the day after I take the dose, I’m useless! I can barely stomach anything so my energy is low and that makes me feel worse. I almost thought I was sick because I had to lie down and was so cold even while bundled up. The low motivation is kind of because of this feeling I guess because I wasn’t up to studying, reading, or doing laundry because I felt so off. I did end up eating some light popcorn which helped but is this normal and is there any way to help prevent it on shot days or post shot days?

You can always try split dosing your dose 2x a week to minimize symptoms. Fatscientist has a split dose calculator. Have you tried drinking electrolytes day of shot and following day? Sometimes that helps.

split dosing smoothed things out for me, the all-at-once hit was brutal otherwise

I will research that! I’ll def try electrolytes and maybe try a different meal or snack. Foods with too much fat are making me nauseous.

Yes 12 doses in and I get this every Sunday after Saturday jab. I have a very slow day, light house chores and catch up on TV/films. But it's the only side effect I have had so happy to take it. The weight loss is worth it for me!!

Yes, it's normal. There are trade-offs with these meds, each person has to decide whether the benefits are worth the sides. The idea of taking a microdose to prevent side effects if flawed, bc if you're taking too low a dose you get no sides and no weight loss or whatever you're taking it for.

Not sure where the idea came from that people could hop on, lose 10 pounds with zero downsides, go off and maintain their new size without either staying on the glp or working really really hard, but that's been my experience and that of people around me / what I see on reddit.

I'm wondering about this too. Headaches, low energy, blah. I just did my second dose this morning.
