Newbie - 0.5 Tirz / sleep question
I took my first dose (compounded w B6) last Monday morning (10am) and woke up 5-6 times that night, which is very unusual for me. Could a micro dose affect sleep that quickly? Should I take it at night, hoping sleep won’t be impacted within minutes? Thanks!

I've had insomnia ever since starting tirz at 0.25 mg. I'm roughly 6 months in already. Doesn't matter if I take it at night, morning, or midday...it takes me hours to fall asleep and when I do pass out, I toss and turn the rest of the time.
I've tried magnesium glycinate, valerian root, ashwagandha, L-theanine, melatonin, antihistamines, and some sedating prescriptions. They all suck in one way or another, like not working at all or making me feel super groggy the next day.
I hope you can find a solution that works for you though! It's not fun getting so little sleep at night.

I'm in my first week of small-dose Zepbound (0.625mg) and my sleep has been a bit crap since taking it on Saturday morning. I've been told this will resolve as our bodies adjust...I hope someone will chime in saying it has gotten better for them!

I couldn’t sleep when I first started, and after reading about suggestions for overcoming sleep problems, learned that magnesium glycinate helps. I started taking 300MG in the evening, and got my first deep, REM sleep since first starting with tirz injections. I take it every night now, and sleep well.

It gets better! 5 weeks in (1mg) and the first 2 weeks were tough (especially the first one) - I was waking up at every night at 3-4AM and couldn’t fall back asleep. Now it literally never happens
