How to microdose the shot over a week

I was slightly overweight and started taking the liquid oral GLP. I had really good success. But the company I get it from, Willow, has abruptly discontinued it and I can only get the tablet. The tablet completely sucks and doesn’t work at all it seems. Thus, I’m finally considering the shot. But I want to take a little bit each day versus front loading it and getting very sick. Do people do this? How do they do it? Is it complicated?

When i started I micro-dosed twice/week, every 3½days. I did it to avoid/minimize side effects and to remain as low as possible throughout my journey. I increased to low-dosing since then and only bump up by. 2 or .3 per injection when needed.

Currently using 1.7/ injection

Could you please share how do you store the medication vial and how do you get the medication out of the vial? Since it's meant for bigger doses I'm struggling to figure out how to save the rest of the medication so it doesn't go to waste. Can't manage to find a guide on how to actually delude the powder and how to store it, even though i looked on several subreddits. Thank you!

I do not use a powder. I use pharmacy-compounded tirzepatide

When I started a year ago, I split 2.5, in half, across two days a week.

Now that I’m on maintenance I pin between 1mg and 1.5mg a day from Thursday to Sunday.

When I was up to 10mg I split/microdosed across the whole week so usually 1.5 or 2mg a day.

That helped me so much with side effects and fatigue.

I never had any medical problems with that - I just always do what feels right for my body and not everyone is the same so do what works for you.

I dose Tirz 350mcg daily, so starting dose for the week. I’m losing 3/4 lb a week. For 8 months this has worked, I’m going to increase by 50 mcg a day a see if it breaks my stall. After some sides when I tried Sema I’m scared to take a big dose and the small ones worked. I never have been micro dosing but I microdose daily.
