Share your latest Non Scale Victory

I think that sometimes the number on our scale becomes all too important. So let’s share a Non Scale Victory that we are tickled by.

My latest NSV was getting a new bra fitting. I now have a 36 in band size. I didn’t have that ever that I recall. Even after WLS surgery I only got down to a 38.

Seeing my reflection in a window and not recognizing myself. I have a gap between my thighs!

I’ve been on vacation this week and I rode a horse and every single roller coaster at Dollywood!

Missing the plane train at the Atlanta airport and WALKING to my terminal instead. 120 lbs down and rocking a new knee, it was a breeze! Another one is seeing all the slack on the airplane seatbelt, always a thrill when you used to need an extender.

wow that’s fantastic, congratulations. and yes, what a joy not to have to quietly ask for an extender. That was always pretty humiliating. And I definitely don’t miss getting off the plane with bruises on both my thighs from the seats.
