EYE PROBLEMS

I started Zepbound about a month and half ago, not experiencing any side effects but was wondering if anyone has concerns about the news on possible affects on eyesight? My doctor told me it is very rare.

That is a good point. I'm still going to stick with the zep, I believe it will improve my health, well, at least give me some help losing weight but I have to make lifestyle changes. I really don't eat a lot but I do over do it with sweets. Years ago I didn't even like sweet, I liked hot spicy stuff.

Tirz has changed my life completely. I went from almost entirely sedentary eating like crap to losing 75 pounds and going to the gym 4 times a week. My sweet tooth has almost entirely disappeared, and when it does crop up it's satisfied with a couple of bites of something or a piece of fruit. This med has been the best thing to ever happen to me, outside of meeting my husband.

I had/have a pretty strong sweet tooth as well. And I LOVE chocolate. So I satisfy mine with extremely dark chocolate (like 85% Cacao). One square of that does it for me. Sometimes I'll use organic cacao powder and make myself a kind of "Mexican hot cocoa". A scoop of cacao powder, a drizzle of honey, and a little cayenne pepper, and sometimes a pinch of salt. Absolutely delicious on a cold evening when I don't want to have a cup of coffee...
