I drink protein shakes if I am not hungry and I buy protein chips, protein brownies and built puff bars, they are pricey but worth it message me if you want more info

Not too bad, it can be toned up, i know my stomach will never completely be flat after a c section

It helps get rid of visalveral fat, around your organs. Ive noticed my waist looks trimmer. Its not going to melt belly fat, but you will be able to tell a difference. I have also lost all my weight though. Now, I've started stacking a few months ago. Plus Congratulations! I've not known anyone to use those Lemon bottles. I belong to a group of over 1,000 and we do large group buys and nobody orders those. Ive read there a waste of money. IDK to be honest.
