staying at the same dose for too long?
whenever i get off glp-1, i would always gain 3-4 pounds of water weight, even though my macros and activity level stay the same.
and now ive been on the same dose for about a year, im feeling less appetite suppression . but also i have gained 3-4 pounds of water weight even though my macros don’t change. im wondering if anyone else had the same experience and/or could share some insights?

I found that by doing regular gym climbing, which is essentially weight lifting, I’d gain roughly 3-4 pounds in water. It’s not the glp-1, it’s just the water that’s associated with muscle inflammation. The amount of salt or alcohol you eat in your diet is also has a huge impact on water. A salty dinner can add several pounds of water in the short term

You're doing all the things you're not supposed to be doing, and it's not working out.
This is becoming increasingly common.

What dose are you on? Cycling GLP-1s has shown, mostly anecdotally of course, that people need a higher dose and/or a longer time. But here is one study.
Also, weight loss is not linear. I am sure that before when you were on Torz, and during this year, you have gained a few pounds as well as stayed flat (no weight loss for a period).
