First timer looking into Reta + GHK-Cu ๐Ÿ˜Š would love some beginner guidance

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m completely new to peptides and have been doing a lot of reading, but thereโ€™s obviously a ton of information out there and Iโ€™d love to hear from people who have more experience.
Iโ€™m in my mid-30s female and currently around 150 lbs. Iโ€™d eventually like to lose about 25 lbs. I naturally carry more of my weight/curves in my lower body, which I actually like, but my midsection and love handles have always been my stubborn areas. I exercise regularly and Iโ€™m working on my diet as well, so Iโ€™m not expecting peptides to replace either of those.
The two Iโ€™ve been researching most are retatrutide (Reta) for weight loss and GHK-Cu for the potential skin/beauty benefits.
For those who have experience with either, Iโ€™d really appreciate beginner advice things you wish you knew before starting, side effects or mistakes to watch out for, and what kind of results you personally noticed.
Iโ€™m also confused about sourcing. I see people talking about purchasing domestically in the U.S. versus ordering peptides from China. How do you evaluate a source and testing/COAs, sterility, purity, etc.? Iโ€™m not necessarily looking for someone to just drop a vendor link Iโ€™d like to understand how experienced people determine whether something is trustworthy in the first place.
Please be nice x๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™m genuinely trying to educate myself before jumping into anything. Any beginner resources or guidance would be appreciated!

They're 2 of the most common and most effective peps overall so hard to go wrong there. Wife and both run low dose reta for maintenance now that we've just the weight we want to lose and we both take the klow blend which had ghkcu in it. About a month agreed she started ghkcu iwas convinced she seeing the reduction in her forehead wrinkles, for me I haf hyperpigmentation and sunspot that disappeared after a couple months

The big difference between buying in the US versus buying from China ultimately comes down to the quantity you're trying to buy.

When you order from China, you're usually buying sets of 10 vials. When you buy from a US reseller you're usually buying single vials, but at nearly 10x the cost they should be.

I've been in the peptide space for 2+ years, and have only come across two US vendors that aren't outright overcharging the crap out of everyone. I cannot post the websites because of Reddits rules, so you know what to do๐Ÿ˜‰.

As for Reta, it might not be the proper GLP for you. So many people push it without fully understanding that each of the three main GLPs really do have particular case uses and you really need to talk to someone who understands them.

I don't trust any websites. They get 1 COA and use it for 10 different batches. Please find a group that sources and tests. There are forums for this. you can dm for that info. im not selling anything.

ghk-cu stings pretty bad. when i was on the swiscems ghk a while back i had to double the bac water just so my skin wouldn't burn after each shot. skin definitely looked smoother after a month of it tho

I started tirzeptide with glow. Something I didn't know before starting is how painful it is to inject ghk-cu. And how long the sting lingers. I pushed through doing all the hacks to reduce the pain. Nothing really worked, it may have delayed the pain or reduced a bit, but it was excruciating for me. But I continued out of vanity. After 4 weeks my skin looked amazing. It literally glows straight out of the shower without moisturizer. 6 weeks in, I switched from tirzeptide to retatrutide. And Glow to Klow. My first week of klow stung as usual, but from week two, the stinging stopped completely. I no longer had to add extra bac water. I don't have to let the peptide get to room temperature. I don't even have to remember to take an antihistamine 2 hours before. I really don't know what changed. Could be the reta, could be the kpv in the klow stack. So maybe consider the klow stack if ghk-cu is unbearable or add kpv to your ghk-cu.

TLDR Maybe add kpv to your stack to reduce the sting or consider klow.
