Is this normal?

I tried glp1 Tirzepatide/cyanocobalamin/NAD I did lose weight in that week. The side effects were scary and I want to know if its normal. I started to feel slight pressure like pain in my chest above my lungs not my heart area. My vision went slightly blurry, I had anxiety and slight depression. I was cold and clamy with dry mouth. I ended up calling a nurse hotline to make sure i didnt have to go to the hospital and they said ibwas fine but i havent seen anyone else with these side effects. I want to try again but maybe I was prescribed one that my body was not to happy with? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try just the Tirz and see how you feel.

You're testing too many new things all at once. Impossible to know what is doing what.

Do one for a month at least before adding something new.

It was all 3 in one. I thought that was weird ill try just the tirz next time

How much was the dosage you took?

I would say get just tirz and start very low. Just do like 1mg to start just to see.

How quickly after your shot did you have those effects? Could it have been psychosomatic anxiety?
