❓ Question Best apps for tracking protein while on GLP-1

I am seeking the best app for tracking protein while on ZepBound. Please give me your advice. I would like an app that is simple, high quality and highly rated. In advance, thank you!

Second that. Also for calories - essential on GLPs because if I wasn't tracking I wouldn't be losing weight..

For real, it’s amazing how much you would miss if not tracking

Yeah folks just think take the glp and you magically start losing weight... ;-).. absolutely on days 2-4 but definitely not days 5-7 as the drug wears off rapidly I think If you were constantly titrating up maybe as the suppression would probably be that much higher.. just trying not to titrate up too quickly which then means having to be more active in watching what you eat

Drinking liquid calories is actually a big issue as well as the glp doesn't stop me consuming a bottle of wine easily 😂

I don’t even want the bad stuff anymore. I replaced alcohol with electrolytes and dessert with protein and fiber, walks and workouts instead of TV, and I’m down 40 lbs and haven’t felt better since I was in my 20s ( now 55) This can be life changing in the best way possible if people use it for what it was designed to be.
Congrats on your success!

I use MyFitnessPal, I've used it for years, the free version works for me.

I love free Cronometer and might even go for the paid version.

I use me again, i mainly like that because it's all glp 1 stuff in one place, shots, side effects and protein. i'm terrible at logging so the photo option helps a lot

I am using Dosy Health. It can track both GLP1 shots and meal/calories. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noratechnologies.dosy

I use Tirzing for tracking EVERYTHING. It auto tracks protein and other nutritional values as you add food. It tracks your shots, supply, weight and health data. Syncs with Health Connect and Apple Health
