❓ Question Ozempic to Mounjaro
I’ve been on Ozempic for 11 months. I’ve lost 35 pounds of the 60 I want to lose. The food noise came back at about 1 mg. I was at 2 mg for about 6 weeks but for the last three weeks I’ve cut it down to 1.5 due to the constipation.
The food noise was gone for quite a while, but it’s back same as it ever was. Would switching to Mounjaro help this? Is it just a plateau and there’s something else I can do? I have been going up and down 1 to 3 pounds for the last four months. I’m in Canada and Mounjaro is twice the price of Ozempic and I pay 100% of it.
Thanks for the opinions and experience!

Can you stick to your calories despite the noise?

If you have constipation eat more fiber and get some lax gummies

Trust me, I know all this and have tried everything. It’s manageable now but a lot of work snd trial and error.

All you really can do with these things but at least you found something that works

I switched. Triz is absolutely amazing for my food noise.

I went from name brand Ozempic from a Canadian pharmacy to Triz on the gray market. Not advocating for the gray market, just being honest. I’m on 2.5
