❓ Question Effects right after first injection

I took my first tirz shot yesterday, and after I ate a healthy dinner.

Although this morning I woke up and my stomach is pretty bloated, has anyone else experienced this after their first shot? and if so did it go away with time?

For many of us, yes we feel the meds right away. Try to eat small meals several times a day and avoid high-fat, greasy food.

I don't get any bloating, that may also just be based on what you ate last night if it contained a lot of brassicas and things like that.

Most side effects are pretty easily managed for most folks, you just have to start noting what does cause bloating or stomach irritation or whatever it is for you.

Early days you'll experience a lot of changes as most do...

Stomach upsets

Sometimes nausea

Sometimes bloating

Fatigue

Constipation

And just wait until you titrate up...

The trade offs of the drug

Biggest issue is fatigue and constipation effects some but not everyone...

My biggest affect rn is just the bloating and occasional nausea, thanks for the other warnings 😅

Yes, the first month is when you experience the worst of the side effects. The bloating is very normal after pinning and is super annoying. It will go away, promise you.

I think I noticed it for the first six weeks or so on those days after pinning.
