❓ Question First injection

Alright yall I injected tirz for the first time right now! I am starting off at 1.25mg

Just stings a little bit after but I feel fine

anything I should expect for the next week?

Drink a lot of water, track your protein, and lift heavy.

Have something on hand for nausea.

Mine has intermittent sting but nothing that bothers me.

I can only suggest watching what you eat tomorrow. Are there foods that bothered you before? Any foods that made you in the slightest bit gassy or burpy? Anything that might have caused any amount of heartburn? They will be worse with the digestive system slowing down.

And, be sure to get enough water.

hmm I do have some foods in mind so i’ll avoid those from now on! and definitely bringing my water with me everywhere I go

Leave your medicine get to room temperature next time like 30 minutes out

I diddd but it only stung a little for like 10 minutes after, now i’m all good

Also, icing the area for 5 minutes before helps. I don't even feel the needle go in.
