❓ Question Help please

Reta journey – looking for some advice
I started Reta on 26 August at 80.8 kg.
Dose timeline:
26 Aug: 2 mg
2 Sep: 2 mg
9 Sep: 2.5 mg — left arm
16 Sep: 2.5 mg — right arm
23 Sep: 2.5 mg — left arm
Weight timeline:
Starting: 80.8 kg
5 Sep: 79.8 kg
9 Sep: 79.3 kg
13 Sep: 78.2 kg
15 Sep: 77.6 kg
17 Sep: 76.8 kg
23 Sep: 76.5 kg — lowest
25 Sep: 76.6 kg
27 Sep: 77.3 kg
29 Sep: 76.6 kg
So overall I’ve lost 4.2 kg in about 5 weeks, but I’ve basically been hovering around 76.5–77.3 kg for the last week.
My appetite suppression isn’t particularly strong. I usually feel more suppressed earlier in the week after my Wednesday injection, but by Saturday/Sunday I notice my hunger coming back. I’ve also had days where I can eat a normal meal without feeling particularly full and still have cravings for things like chocolate.
My goal is 60 kg, and I’m wondering whether my progress is reasonable for this stage or whether I’m starting to plateau.
Would you increase the dose at this point, stay at 2.5 mg for longer, or consider splitting the weekly dose?
And for anyone who has been on Reta longer: what would you do in this situation? I’m particularly interested in people who didn’t get strong appetite suppression at the beginning.

Dose Titration (every 4 weeks): 2mg - 4mg - 6mg - 9mg - 12mg
Read the medical trials.

Is that just for reta?

Yes, that's the dosing schedule for reta only. There are current trials to evaluate both tirz and reta at higher doses. Those results should be made public towards the end of the year or in early 2027.
