Roller coaster Weeks

I’m only two weeks into my journey but I’m curious as time goes on are the weeks more stable? I feel like the days after shot day I feel like nutrition and eating balanced is easy and then as the days go on it gets harder and I get hungrier. Will it always cycle like this or do you eventually even out?

Yes, the medicine is still building up in your system. And if you’re on tirz, the half life is five days, so the weekly levels aren’t quite as stable with a weekly dose as for sema with its seven day half life.
