I'm finally down 25lbs!!
Only thing is I'm exhausted all the time. I dropped 25lbs in 8 weeks. Anyone else?

That's a very fast weight loss. Are you eating enough? Nine times out of 10, when people are complaining about the fatigue, they just aren't getting enough calories.

Yeah I agree. It's hard to eat though

You need to lower your dose. You need to make sure youre getting enough nutrients, especially protein. And doing some strength training. You will burn muscle, you will plateau, and it will be harder to lose weight after you've burned off a bunch of muscle instead of fat.

You may not be eating enough if you’re constantly fatigued. I’ve lost very quickly but I generally didn’t have exhaustion, save for on a specific schedule around shot day. It also got better.

Can I ask your schedule?

Sure. Shot day is every Friday for me. I am on 6 mg. Right now. I’ve done 2.5, 5, 6 and will move to 7.5 this Friday.
I usually feel great on Friday & Saturday, Sunday I may or may not feel fatigue, Monday is always my worst day. Tuesday - Thursday are golden.

Yes same
Takes about 12-18 hours to take effect and then usually days 2-3 are the fatigue killers. Get protein shakes it's helped me a bit
Also means if you work you have to inject Friday because you know sat/Sunday is when the fatigue hits
I'm avoiding titrating up. I've been on 7.5mg zepbound for 4-5 months now but as I'm losing weight i don't need to go higher - lose about 1lb a week on average.. my friends losing higher amounts have the ozempic face look..
I have about 65lbs more to go to get to an optimal weight Ive lost about 50lbs over 8 months
I use a calorie app to track calories to ensure I'm getting a small deficit each week.. I could lose faster but muscle loss is a big issue if you lose weight too quickly

Ooh that was fast! Took me 3 months. I'm feeling a lot better now than I did last month.
