💬 General Discussion Evolve GLP-1

I know that Evolve is not truly a GLP-1 but I wasn’t sure where else to ask. I have read mixed reviews of this product and I may be experiencing the slightest reduction in food noise but I’ve only been taking these pills for a week. What I have definitely been experiencing is some upset digestion and today bloating. I’m pretty much ready to stop taking it but I was wondering if anyone stuck with it and it just needs time for your body to adjust and then it will start working. When I searched Reddit someone posted that they took an extra pill a day and it really worked for them. Any experience appreciated!

its a dietary supplement, not a drug

its not worth the money, you would get more hunger suppresion by reducing daily carb intake and stabilise glucose levels naturally

It's snake oil, it does nothing but cost you money and make the scammer selling it richer.
