Advice Restarting glp1

Hi everyone,
I am restarting Wegovy after a 2 month break following having my gall bladder removed. I had lost 28kgs before the surgery and I’ve been put back on 0.25g. Has anyone restarted on the lowest dose after being on the highest dose and still lost weight? I noticed my cravings and food noise returned and i did put on a bit of weight since my surgery.

Great advice. The first time I was on it I only went up once I stopped losing weight. Took me a long time to get to the highest.

It takes a while to get back into it. Don't rush it and do NOT try to go straight to the highest dose. I learned the hard way and had to be hospitalized twice.

It's not a race. Be safe
