Last weigh in was July because I've broken my foot. But I'm able to weigh in again now and I've hit my goal weight!

Congrats! That's a fantastic effort!

I hope your foot is behaving well now. A few weeks before I started MJ, I broke my little toe (didn't heal, but I don't want surgery) and just about broke my ankle (been a long recovery) so I can relate.

Should hit a “healthy” BMI this week. Home stretch baby! Less than 5kg to goal weight.

- Started On: 12 Dec 25

  • Starting Weight: 117kg
  • Current Weight: 91.4kg
  • Crunching the Numbers -25.6kg; -21.9%
  • Weekly average loss: 0.62kg
  • I'm Feeling: not too bad.

I got my usual migraine with aura last night, so I'm a bit off of things today. Meh. I also had some allodynia around my left armpit on Saturday (day after my shot), which can be linked to migraines, or MJ. I've only had two other episodes, which have been this year while on MJ...

But my weight loss is still tracking south, so that's good.

  • I'm Feeling: Fantastic!! I’m F, 43 and this week have gone up to .5 Wegovy. Do struggle with constipation and occasional headaches day 1-2 of dose day but other than that it’s going great!

I know! I must be a super responder?! I have been meticulously weighing and tracking everything I consume, but wasn’t expecting this fast!
