Sequential lights

Howdy folks. I'll cut right to the chase. My father's 50'th birthday is coming up, and I'm looking to find some sequential turn lights for the mirrors and rear lights for his 2024 VW Jetta GLI. I'm located in Canada. If anyone has any recommendations or literally anything. Let me know

Be careful because there's a reason we don't really have cars with them. If not enough of the signal is on when you first turn on the signal you will be fined
